Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. To initiate the return, please contact us at info@ellis-fashion.com. The items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

Contact us first: Send an email to info@ellis-fashion.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Follow the instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Pack carefully: Ensure the item is packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This may take up to 7 days. No restocking fees will be applied.

  • Exchanges

    If you’ve changed your mind and would like a different item, contact us at info@ellis-fashion.com with the details of what you'd like to exchange, and we'll assist you with the process.

  • Cancellations

    If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ellis-fashion.com. However, once the order is processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately. Please email a photo of the issue to info@ellis-fashion.com, and we'll arrange for a resolution, including sending a replacement or the correct item.
